City Point Tower in Moorgate, High End fit-out for Global Law Firm.

This high-end Category B fit-out was undertaken on behalf of the global law firm Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett, located within the City Point Tower in Moorgate. Spanning a four-year period thus far, nine floors have been completed with top-tier lighting, advanced lighting control systems, and small power installations. The spaces enhanced include restaurants and dining areas, communications rooms, state-of-the-art AV-equipped meeting rooms, lawyer offices, and general office spaces. The project is actively ongoing, with preparations underway to begin work on level 15.
