CAT B fit-out of a private members club in the West End, consisting of 8 floors of office space, restaurants and bars.

The complex refurbishment of  1 Warwick was undertaken in partnership with StructureTone London limited over a 18 months period. The structural elements of the project were complex to say the least, especially considering it was performed in the heart of London’s premier shopping & theatre district, Piccadilly. The overhaul of the existing building consisted of installing two new lifts shafts & a new staircase from basement level through to level 6, with level 6 being a complete new floor added on as part of the works.

With all these works being undertaken around us, Arena Electrical Services Ltd carried out the supply and install of the complete electrical services package which included a new UKPN high voltage substation, a new low voltage switch room with all switchgear, LV & HV terminations being undertaken by our team along with the complete new earthing system across the whole building.

Once the complete new infrastructure installation was complete it was then onto the 8 floors of fit out, which included the fitting out of the complete electrical services package to three commercial kitchens, a gym, 3 bar areas, an event space, 4 floors of flexible office space and finally a roof top terrace lounge area.

The brand new fire detection system, along with the DDA refuge and emergency alarm systems being designed, installed and commissioned by our sister company Arena Fire & Security (London) Ltd.
