A very interesting 5 floor fit out for many reasons, but predominately the forward thinking of the client, design team and the wider site based team to ensure that the project was at the for front of design and construction.

At the time the project was one of the biggest project to use wireless technology for the lighting control system which was designed as a cost effective solution to reduce both raw cost and installation costs. This was installed and commission by Arena operatives.

The project consisted of breakout spaces, meeting rooms, general office spaces, a central security centre for all of the clients sites around Europe, a gym space for an external provider, along with a main reception area and comms rooms.

Arena provided all electrical switchgear, infrastructure elements, small power and lighting along with the cutting edge lighting control system.
